Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel

The room and view were nice. My only complaint was the hall light coming on when you approach the thermostat. It is especially annoying when one person gets up during the night and the other is sleeping and the light comes on. We ate breakfast and lunch at the restaurant and service was great as was service at the front desk and bar. Valet service is awesome as well as the convenience to the convention center, train station and cruise terminal.

Outstanding service during the crazy Mardi Gras season! We stayed from Saturday through Wednesday!! We felt safe due to Bert, we felt special by Mr Harry & Ki and was highly impressed with Ralph and his work ethics and contagious smile!!! The whole staff that we encountered were above and beyond nice and welcoming! We ate at Fathoms 3x and each experience was excellent! This is our 3rd year staying during MG and we will continue this family tradition. Also the 25th floor cleaning staff was so helpful when I needed a quick dress zip up when my family went down to catch the parade and I was getting dressed for KOR reception!! Bravo yall are the best! See you next Mardi Gras season!!!

Our room was in the tower side closer to the conference center that is across the street. Our room was large and comfortable. We were close to many restaurants in walking distance. Customer service here was great. The gym/fitness center is large and fully stocked with all the equipment you need. The pool is great with a section for laps. There is also a tennis court on the roof.

Stayed at Renaissance Mobile Riverview for a cruise last week. Did the Park and Cruise package, worked perfectly. The hotel is walkable to the port, but does provide a shuttle as well. Walking distance to all the downtown restaurants. Great stayed with extremely friendly people. A lot of cruisers stay here.

Room 2314. What is with the messed up shower lever? .pull out then turn. Nothing happened. I can see why it is loose and shaking. The other Marriott battlefield is nicer in regards to showers Small space for bathroom. The room is nice. Nice view on the water Tha staff is nice We are here as fellow horticulturalist s. The plant show is going on this week. The front desk did move us up one floor. The bed and shower were better Thank you to the staff for helping us. It renewed our faith with Marriott Hotel.

Overpriced basic room. Mini fridge, quiet, no microwave but everything thing else you may need is in there. Did not like the auto light sensor in entry as it will trigger if you need to use bathroom it's blinding in the middle of the night. Toilet water runs unless you jiggle handle. Great River view day and night also easy access to the Convention center using the covered Pedestrian bridge over the highway. Pricing affected by Convention Events and Demand. Great location, easy walking distance to Downtown

Was here at a conference week of Sep 28th and the whole lodging experience exceeded my expectations. My room was fantastic, clean and had everything I needed. I had a corner view of the Mobile river and I also enjoyed Fathom's hotel restaurant and host at entrance. The hotel itself was vast and I would imagine all conference rooms was just as beautiful, clean and magnificent. I hope to come back one day and would highly recommend.
